Sabre - stupider than I thought

So I called the sabre number in one of 100,000+ emails sent to me. It was a support line. I get some dufus on the other end. I explain the situation and he takes serious offense to it as if I had hacked their system.

He then puts me on hold for 5-10 minutes. Remember this is long distance on my own dime because I hope to clear this up. This is the third time I had called them, once in November, once in Febuary and now. This was the best.

The guy on the other end of the line finally comes back. I asked for the billing address so I could send them the bill for using the domain almost every day since last fall - roughly an $18,000 bill. He refused to give me any address. Seems people never ever, ever, ever, ever send a bill or payment to sabre. I guess they run their service for free because of their love of air travel.

But Mr. Dippy the customer service guy is on the ball. He is outraged. Those are personal emails. He is sure legal will want to straighten me out.

Okay, have legal call me here is my...

NO! Their number is...

Seriously, I am not going to spend more of my time and money to straighten out your problem, have them...

NO!!! Their number is...

and Mr foaming at the mouth would only give me legal's phone number. I asked him his name and he refused, that was not required.

Okay, so his panties are in a bunch. I will pay for the call to legal and get this resolved. I called legal on the 12th. An answering machine. I explained the situation, gave them my number.

They still haven't called. One good thing, the last email from sabre was on 4/11.

Could they have fixed the system? While that is great. Too late sabre. I want to be compensated for your abuse. You flooded my system with over 100,000 emails. You could have had the decency to have call, you could hire actual customer service reps, but you decided no on all counts.

So time to find me a good Texas lawyer and get my money. Because I can take to some extend stupidity, but when you couple it with complete arrogance of a company like sabre? No. No. No.

And nice security there guys.
