Helping Intel Out

Since the idiots at Intel.com like to use DoNotReply.com as their own domain for internal email address, I end up getting their bounces. You would think Intel would have enough security sense to not use a domain they do not own as a way to avoid bounces, but I guess not.

So what is going on at Intel?

First up - Angela Fears, Onsite UPW analysis (F-04-089) is 15 weeks overdue. Just guessing here now, but I don't think Angela is ever going to be returning it. But if you are still around Angela, why not return the UPW analysis so someone else has a chance to read it??

I have to congratulate Merissa B Welch for returning "power supply in Bay 7 on cart to stores or for finding a more appropriate storage place". I hope you found a more appropriate storage place, but either way, congrats and a job well done! I am sure Megan L Switzer, the requester, is a real jerk when it comes to thing like power supplies.

David A Johnston ALERT!!! They are going to wait to verify all recipes on the CBS04 before copying them to other tools. I have the sneaking suspicion that by recipes, you aren't talking about making cookies, but a guy can dream can't he? Are you guys baking me up a big batch of cookies for using my domain? Just in case - I like chocolate chip.

William G Nieland, Joseph Kirkman has some news for you. The lazy SOB cleaned up the oil debris around the pump, and in his opinion, it is coming from the bearing housing and not great enough at this time for his lazy behind to rebuild/repaid the bearing housing. Hey Joe, if it was up to me - you are fired. And who knows, maybe it is up to me, so start packing your bags pal.

And this just sounds dangerous, instead of fixing the impending lime slurry issue, Daniel Cessna is just putting a 20 minute delay on the alarm. While Kord M Schull thanked Dan for the delay, one has to wonder will this really fix the underlying issue with the Lime Slurry?!?!! What will happen if the lime slurry gets out of control!?!? Why doesn't anyone every think of the lime slurry?

Well that is it for today. Around Oct 15th will be auctioning off company secrets from another company. The company in question is a major defense contractor and the info I have been sent includes excel spreadsheets with detailed work orders and maintenance issues. So if you ever wanted to get into corporate espionage, this might help you jump start your career.

Stupidity of the Stupid - Cashortraffic.com

Cashortraffic is yet another company using the domain donotreply.com in their emails. They used it in their autoresponders.

When I called them to ask them to stop using the email address, I was greeted with a teenage voice on the other end, explaining I didn't get it. They only used the domain donotreply.com to avoid spam - thanks guys!! But the best is, not only did these morons forge my domain in the outgoing emails, but they even signed their mails - donotreply@donotreply.com ?? What?? That was an accident? Yes, under message body, each email was signed:

CashOrTraffic
http://cashortraffic.com//
DoNotReply@DoNotReply.com

I guess they really wanted their customers to get a hold of them...

But before we write them off as being just your average idiot. Lets visit their site Cashortraffic.com. It is your normal stupid - how to generate lousy traffic for your website - site. But this one is better, because this site is InsuredPay Verified!! Wow. That means something, it must be tough to get such a prestigious seal on your website.

One problem. Check the bottom of cashortraffic.com, it is a A SkysNet Company. Check the bottom of InsuredPay's website, you guessed it. A Skysnet Company. Excellent! How can you not trust these guys??
